Where do the beds come from?
From the Alpine clubs' own booking system (hut-reservation.org). When someone cancels or the warden releases beds, the night shows free again; we read every hut regularly and the ones people watch every few minutes.
Do you book for me?
No. You book on the official site as usual; we only tell you when there's something to book.
Which huts?
The 600+ huts of the DAV, ÖAV, SAC and AVS that take bookings on hut-reservation.org. Tour du Mont Blanc refuges are coming next.
What does the Trip Pass cover?
Instant alerts for every hut and night you watch, until the last night of your trip (you choose it at checkout, up to 11 months ahead).
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if something went wrong write to us within 14 days.
